Midwest Communications Review was formed to assist in the auditing and assessment of communication services and associated expenses for both voice and data networks. We perform audits, forensic billing studies, and physical site surveys to identify unnecessary products, services, and fees that you may be paying without knowing or needing.
We are also able to assist with service provider contract review, negotiation, etc. If you are entering a contract for long distance, internet service, data circuits, or equipment acquisition, we may be able to help with your pricing and terms.
Our staff is also able to assist in training your personnel with things like electronic billing solutions, learning to read Customer Service Records, and other bill paying educational needs.
